Disclamer: The free tools ran out when I was writing this article. Now it’s either wait for new giveaways from the developers or buy, alas.

Hello, friends!

Today we have review of the big project. Plus the launch of Telegram-channel for those who care about the speed of receiving new products. In general, I want to make it convenient for everyone. In the Telegram-channel will be only short instructions and links, here, in Medium will be long articles and reviews. Articles will be duplicated in Telegram. It looks a bit cumbersome, but I hope it will be convenient.

In the meantime, let’s meet the novelty. One day before the official launch =)

FARM WORLD TON

The reason why the game was included in the review is that it has a p2p-market available for all users from the very beginning. The currency is TON, so you don’t even have to log out of Telegram.

The goal of the game is to mine resources to craft cooler tools to mine even more resources. That’s the way it is for now.

There are three resources in the game (four if you count TON)

  • Wood. Needed for crafting and only for crafting
  • Food. Restores energy.
  • Gold. Needed for repairing items and crafting them.

There are also three types of tools, one for each resource.

Each tool has the following parameters:

  • Cooldown — tool recharge time. For some reason it works once a day during the beta test.
  • Energy Cost — cost of mining in energy
  • Max durability — maximum durability of the item. For each action the durability decreases
  • Durability Cost — durability reduction for each action.
  • Income — income per action

Resources can be sold on the p2p marketplace. To be honest, it is still extremely inconvenient, but perhaps this will be fixed later.

Apparently, the whole gameplay is dedicated to interacting with the marketplace at the moment. Mine — sell unnecessary — buy necessary — craft a tool — mine more.

I really hope that there will be added a mechanism for resource utilization, well, and additional gameplay. Otherwise, it’s not very clear what the purpose of all this is.

In the main menu, you can target the available tools and click through them to get resources.

There are three slots for axe (wood mining), two slots for bow (food mining) and two slots for pickaxe (gold mining).

There’s also a Storage button where you can admire the toolkits not yet available for sale (yes, a donation store at launch, ugh).

What else could be added?

Probably the channel of the application developers will be useful.

Announcements

So far only like this. In the announcements open comments and developers there are quite often, so if something is unclear, you can always ask.

April 17 is expected to be the last sale of tool packs at a low price. From now on, only crafting. Participate not agitating, as the channel is about free projects, but I must give information.
